Hannah was the most beautiful mom-to-be, and little did we know that we were taking photos at the spot where one year later would be her son's 1 year celebration photos. Full circle moments all around. Hannah & Jake were expecting their sweet Judah and met me for outdoor photos at Conestee Nature Preserve in the start of the fall season. Still not over the sweetness of this day and their now beautiful baby boy!
